POSSESSION OF SUBSTANCES
- Except as authorized under the regulations, possession of any substance listed in Schedules I, II or III is prohibited.
SUBSTANCE TRAFFICKING
- It is forbidden to traffic any substance listed in Schedules I, II, III, IV or V, or in any substance presented or held out as such by the trafficker.
OBTAINING SUBSTANCES
- Except as authorized by regulation, the import and export of any substance listed in Schedules I to VI is prohibited.
IMPORTATIONS ET EXPORTATIONS
- It is forbidden to obtain or seek to obtain from a practitioner a substance listed in Schedule I, II, III or IV or an authorization to obtain such a substance, unless the person in question discloses to the practitioner any substance listed in one of these schedules and any authorization to obtain such a substance that has been issued to him by another practitioner during the previous thirty days.
